SHIPPING: Headpieces and veils are not usually shipped, but rather are picked up by the bride when they are complete. Shoes will be shipped to you by regular mail within one week and should be received by you within two weeks or sooner. If an item is not in stock or will take longer than one week to ship out, we will contact you with the time frame and ask whether you would like us to continue the order. If you decide you would not like to continue the order, all money will be refunded to you. We currently offer FREE shipping in the contiguous United States.
RETURNS: Bridal Veils of Ellicott City prides itself on offering only high quality merchanidise. All products listed on our website may be returned to us within 30 days for any reason for a full refund except for bridal shoes and items which have been customized for the bride and groom. Our shoes are guaranteed to be free of any manufacturing defects or we will refund 100% of their purchase price. Shoes returned for any other reason will require a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from the original price. The restocking fee also applies for even exchange of shoes. This fee covers our shipping costs and also a restocking fee that the manufacturer charges us even for exchanges. Items that have been customized for the bride and groom with a monogram or colors to match their wedding theme may not be returned. Any items that are returned must be shipped within 30 days as they were received - in new condition - and in their original packaging. Shoes must not have been dyed.
